North Caldwell does not have a station. I agree with Marc...only a couple of miles to the Little Falls station. From what I understand, parking isn't that big an issue there....and I think it's free. However, that train stops at the Montclair State station, so you could actually drive and park there to avoid one stop. It's probably about a mile or so further down the line. There is also a park & ride at Willowbrook mall if bus is an option. The buses run more frequently than the trains. You can get the full train schedules and all the stops at http://www.njtransit.com.

I urge you to please consider the established community of North Caldwell, NJ. Just 17 miles from mid town Manhattan, the township provides exceptional education, recreation, community and saftey. Ranking Top 20 within the state; the Borough of North Caldwell provides Public Pre K to 6th grade schooling with a regional 7th to 12th grade middle/high school which ranked 16 in the state.

Please visit my website http://www.judithamorimdias.com and contact me directly (973-444-5643). There are a number of resident families which work in Manhattan and live in the North Caldwell community. With a number of nearby Midtown direct express buses and trains, local residents attest to the quality, happiness, privacy and comfort in their selection of home in North Caldwell, NJ.

I would say head up to Little Falls and take the Midtown Direct. You might have to work on the parking situation but the Little Falls station is very close to North Caldwell.
