Quite possibly. There are a number of loan programs available to first time home buyers, including VA, many of which do not require mortgage insurance (making your payments cheaper) and allowing the seller to pay your closing costs. Will be happy to evaluate your options. In the event that your current credit rating prohibits you from qualifying for one of the loans available right now, we often are able to do something to get you into a home now and secure permanant financing in the near future after we assist you in improving your credit score, if necessary. If you would like for me to investigate your options, you can complete my quick and secure on line application at for free. We are a 'one stop shop' with offices in Little Rock and Cabot where we serve the entire central Arkansas market with real estate and mortgage financing. I look forward to working with you and making your home ownership a reality.

Hi Paige,
I'm retired USAF and I live in Hot Springs Village, AR. Do you want the Little Rock area and are you still active or have you just gotten out of the Army? I would love to help you find what you want and need at a price you are willing and able to pay. We have some great buys on foreclosures at this time. Please email me and I'll do whatever I can to assist you. Thanks for serving so others may be free!
