Middle Credit Scores in Missouri

Asked by Lynn123, 63137 Tue Dec 10, 2013

In Missouri you need a 620 middle credit score - I have 641, 620, and 612. Can I qualify for a mortgage? The middle score would be the 620 - correct (removing 641 and 612 scores)?

Lynn,

Most lenders will rely on the middle credit score and yes, the majority set 620 as a floor. It really depends on what type of loan you are attempting and if that lender had specific overlays. Feel free to contact me directly with any other questions.
