Underwriting through our loan company and wondering now that it has been sent on to the usda what our chances are of actually closing .

The house appraised perfect with np repaira and the LO assistant said she was ready to atart with a title company. Not aure what any of this means. First time buyee. But the unserwriter said there were no more docs needed

You should be approved through your mortgage company before the loan goes to USDA. Your lender should be able to answer your questions. Do not be shy about asking questions to your lender.

Assuming you were completely honest in your pre-approval process and there are no hidden surprises in the inspection or title search, you have a good chance.
