their reputation is quite questionable. Does anyone have any knowledge as to any "problems" or major concern after purchasing a home in this community? Thanks

I don't have knowledge of Lennar's track record in Martins Chase, but check the link below about complaints raised against Lennar from other areas. Undoubtedly, every builder will have complaints against them, but these should raise your antenna.

I have not heard of any negative comments regarding Lennar or Martin's Chase. When we had a downturn in the market, Lennar and KB Homes both pulled out of the community but that seems to have changed. I would recommend that you knock on the doors of some of the people who live there. That may be where you get the most honest answers.
