Lots in the Estates at the Oaks....

We are considering a purchase on one of the last remaining lots in the Estates at the Oaks section in Calabasas. Does anyone know what these lots were orginally selling for pre-crash?

That is a great community, however you may want to consider Hidden Hills and is a little more private and you will probable be able to find a better value.

We are looking at 25314 Prado de la Felicidad. We also looked at the house at 25344 Prado de la Felicidad and were trying to get an idea of the original cost of these lots and the cost to build a similar 11-12k sq.ft. house.

Have you built a home in the past? Buying Land is very different than buying a prebuilt home. I sold several parcels of unique high end land last year and am happy to discuss your next purchase with you.

Yes. I know the lots which yiou are referring to. We can track them from the beginning. But it's just as important to know what the limitations are on building on these lots. I have had numerous clients looking at them but decided to build in other gated communities in the area as it fit their building plans better.
