I think that depends on a few variable including what you are looking for. I will be happy to help you look or decide which way to go. My office also has a rental agent on site. I would look forward to helping you.

What type of job are you looking for? Here are some job search sites to try: http://www.indeed.com, http://www.employflorida.com, http://www.jobfocus.com, http://www.yoursun.net. It is best to obtain a job here before moving, then look at your options for rent versus buy. It will most likely depend on your price range and criteria for a home and a if you need to obtain a mortgage or not. I would be happy to help or answer any other questions you may have. You can search for rentals and homes on my web site at http://www.tammyhayes.remax-florida.com/.

Thank you, Tammy. I have a recruiter and a few job search site links but it is good to have links to local newspapers as well. They will be put to good use. This is not going to be easy with a home and a family in MA but nothing worth doing is ever easy.

That's a question for you to answer for yourself and if its purchase and you then qualify for a mortgage, buying may never be better.
