Hi Aisha,

Is the goal to be near Joint Base Bolling or the Navy Yard? For Middle School and High School ratings search on Great Schools. There are good DC Public School, and Charter School options. Many are not neighborhood schools so it is very ordinary for kids to travel across the city. Also look at a map of the city to familiarize yourself. There are 2 parts of SE, the Anacostia River splits the 2 SE neighborhoods. The Eastern portion of SE is cheaper than the western part. School ratings among other factors influence the differences in price. Let me know if you have additional questions.

Hi Aisha,

Welcome to the area. Legally, I can not go into detail with you about the best areas/neighborhoods as they relate to school systems, etc. However, if you provide me with more details and information regarding your criteria, we can assist you in finding the right home!

Feel free to contact me via phone and we can help you get on the right path!

Wishing you the best,

Tyra
