Good afternoon Drew.
I am happy to see that my colleagues offer to help you in either buying or selling the property.

Openly one thing I recommend:
Make sure guy pick an agent that will be professional and patient with you.

When a market is so slow to recover you might meet a lot of over eager agents that might put too much pressure on you. Your agent should have always YOUR best interest in mind and work with you how ever long it takes.
This is really the principle that Karin Gehring, Broker/owner of GEHRING REALTY INC work on. We work a Greta percentage with the oversees buyers and as you can imagine they need our patience and understanding.

If you like to speak with Karin Gehring feel free to call: 941-766-0006.
Thank you.

Are you looking to sell this property or buy it? I see that you posted in Home Buying. I would be happy to give you a comparative market analysis. It is a double lot in Port Charlotte. The current tax value is $4,760. The comparable solds are in the $7k range. If you look at Google Maps and the aerial view you will see that there are very few homes in this area. There is just one home on this entire street. I would be happy to help you or answer any questions you may have. You can contact me as indicated below.
