It's a little bit country but close in. If you're looking for freedom from HOA's and larger lots, this could be the place for you. You're still near the conveniences, though. It's a good choice for people who are not interested in subdivision living.

Canaveral Groves is a bit more rural - you'd want to make your trip to town count. If you need milk, make sure it's on your list! (Just kidding) The area is great if you want a bit more land, privacy, chickens, a garden, horses, ... you get the idea. There's a mix of paved and dirt roads. There's some spots with houses on every lot ... others, where there are still vacant lots. Depends on what you're looking for, specifically. Hope this helps. Have a great day
