Hi Brandon,

You are not alone in your quest. I have worked with many buyers who are doing the same thing and many of them have a boat involved. Did you consider the benefit of possibly renting out dock space as well?

First thing would be the accomodation of your boat. Let me know what the specs are and if you have any limitations - fixed or no fixed bridges for starters.

Price range - what is available is wide ranging and to know what price range you are interested in is very important. Have you talked to anyone about financing? If not, I suggest doing so right away - rates have been at record lows and a good lender can lock you in as well. I have reliable lending resources whom you will find personable, and they will pair you with the best product for your situation.

Let me know if I can get my team going on this for you. My contact info is available through the web link provided. I look forward to helping you with this endeavor.

There is a great 3/2 house with 1/1 apt on the intracoastal in West Palm Beach area listed for $199,000. What price point where you looking for?
