Hi Scott,
I am an investment specialist and have been a broker for 25+ years. I have also been an investor for 30 years. I would be glad to help you, if you don't have an agent.

Feel free to contact me and I would be happy to run a rental history report for you, on what the average rents have been in that community for the past year. No sense in just guessing---call me for the facts! 603-689-2001

Depending on updates you do, I think $900 - $1200 is reasonable!

Suggest you request a copy of the Home Owners Association Budget and Financials, check the condo fee and taxes as well.
