We are considering an apartment in this complex. Does anyone know of anything potentially wrong with this complex? Just feeling it out...

Your agent can best advise you; if the opportunity arises chat with some residents, ask your attorney to review the building's financials and all other related paperwork--then make your determination....

Before signing the contract, you should receive a perspectus from the board that wil furnish you with important information regarding the financial condition of the cooperative. Also, there are only 7 units available in that coop right now with about 11 sales over the past year and a half or so. Seems like not many people are moving out of there. If I can be of assistance to you, please feel free to contact me.
