Now is a great time to buy if you have good credit and can qualify for a mortgage. I work with first time buyers as well as more "experienced" owners of property, both residential and commercial and I would be pleased to speak with you and guide you through the process. I have been in the real estate industry for 15 years and have been in Atlanta for 11 of those 15. I work with buyers, sellers, investors, landlords and tenants and in addition to my sales/brokerage experience have been involved with real estate development, so I have an excellent understanding of several aspects of the business. I have completed several purchase transactions for first time buyers within the last 12 months and pride myself on being a good communicator who is accessible, coach and advocate for my clients. I would be pleased to speak with you about the opportunity to work with you. Please feel free to contact me at your convenience.

Any agent worth their salt would love to work with you. Most agents get a great joy out of working with first time buyers. Find an agent who has transaction experience, meaning, who has closed real estate recently. Ask for previous buyer references and call them. Ask a lot of questions. It's a job, interview them. We earn the privilege to have you as a client, it's not a right. An agent who has your best interest in mind and first and foremost, get pre-qualified through a reputable lender so you know how much house you can afford and make sure your agent only shows you that price range. Stick within your budget. Many of us who are with reputable brokers have a myriad of first time home buyer resources we can send you to educate you on the process of home buying.
Good luck and happy home buying.
Secondly, I have a national network of Realtors whom I know professionally so I am happy to refer one to you when you are ready. I can explain to you how I have come to know them.
