Good Morning: As they say, Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. My suggestion to you is to view the communities you are interested in, maybe play a round of golf if you can get on, and then make your own judgement. I for one, cannot determine, nor advise on which community is "better". I learned long ago, that I am not the buyer, you are and what I think in terms of the "better" community is really your decision. It is my responsibility to provide a buyer the tools to make those comparisons and decisions. Also you need to know that real estate agents cannot talk about age. That is a major no no. Good luck with your search.

You may want to be in a golfing community that is a little closer to town, shopping and the beach. You can go to my website and look at the different golfing communities. http://www.napleshomesnelson.com

I will be happy to help you with your search.

Naples Heritage is a nice community but it is located too far south in my opinion. All of the new shopping and restaurants are in North Naples, Bonita Springs and Estero. I agree with the other agent responses. Heritage Bay is newer, a better value and it is in a better location. Take a look at my website http://www.heritagebay.net I think you will agree.

Let me know if you have any questions of if I can be of assistance.

I think it is going to come down to your personal preferences. Naples Heritage is a great community, so is Heritage Bay, Cypress Woods, Foxfire, and the list goes on. It depends on where you would prefer to be geographically in Naples as well. My recommendation would be to engage a local Realtor that can show you a couple of places in a few bundled golf communities, and they should have no problem arranging a round of golf at each. That way, you can decide what you like the best having experienced being a "member for a day". Good luck!

Ooops, sorry, just realized you were speaking about Naples Heritage and not Heritage Bay....I will tell you this, personally, I like the course at Heritage Bay much better, but that's my personal opinion. Compare apples to apples and I think you find Heritage Bay will come out ahead. If I can help, please let me know.

Kind Regards,

Mike

Im not as familiar with Naples Heritage as I should be but my partner lives literally 2 minutes down the street from there. Let me know if you would like for me to pass along his information. On a side note....I have a pocket listing condo in Heritage Bay in Naples....it is a 2+den 1400+ square foot end unit. It it priced less than the last foreclosure unit that came on the market. The unit used to have Chinese Drywall but the builder gutted the unit and rebuilt it out....now it is brand new and never lived in. Steal with a great price.

Hello,

http://buyanapleshome.com Heritage Bay is fantastic! It's the newest bundled golf community in Naples and the course is phenomenal. I've sold 6 units in there and everyone loves it. The prices range from the $130k price range up to around $600k for a single family home. If you are a golfer, I would highly recommend playing the course. If I can be of any assistance or answer any questions, please let me know. http://buyanapleshome.com

Kind Regards,

Mike
