The short answer is yes. The community is split between an AE and X500 zones. I've attached a link to the County's map for your view.

Hi Les & Lorna,

As with too many things, the answer to your question is not cut and dry. There are multiple FEMA flood codes in Briar Patch. Some units are, and others are not. Give me a call and we can discuss which ones are which.
