Definitely yes! Just maintain an exceptional credit history from the date of the discharge and use an experienced real estate broker to secure a nice home using lease, then purchase or lease with option. No there isn't for FHA or conforming financing. If it was a 13 then there are provisions with FHA for purchasing after 12 months, but not with a 7.

There are a number of variables to consider. The primary issue would be the cause of the bankruptcy. Medical?
