This is what I do for a handful of investors. I am familiar with the foreclosure opportunities in the area. I also have wonderful resources with whom I partner for financing and renovations, should those skills be needed, as well.
It is a harder market to work within but the rewards are so great when you see a home that has been lacking restored to its former glory. It also helps that I do t have to "reinvent the wheel" ever time I sell one because of the systems I have in place.
