Is there a website equivalent to that is for Central NJ area?

Asked by Mb, Stamford, CT Sun Jan 18, 2009

The listingbook website allows one to see all the info that is in MLS database including the pricing history. Trulia or show the listings from MLS, but don't include all the detailed info. So I am wondering if there is a website equivalent to for the Central NJ area?

You can always set up your own website and then pay your MLS for the IDX feed. This way, people will go to your site to search properties in detail. You can even customize your personal website to have the person register after a certain amount of searches. And BINGO, you got yourself a live lead from your very own website! Listingbook is nice, but try doing it yourself if you do not have another choice.

Be very careful on using They obtain emails from associations, and they spam realtors without their autorizations. I have a very new email ONLY used for my membership for the real estate board here in Florida. I start to get spam emails from I hate spammers..
If IPs start to get listed on blacklist, all your work with your prospect clients will be wasted. All your listing book emails will be blocked.

Listing Book is now in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. I was one of the first to get a Broker account. Log onto my website at and you can create your own account.

I can set you up with consumer access to consumer reports directly from several MLS systems in New Jersey, but it isn't a site you can just log into without being set up.

I am not aware of one for Monmouth County. However, a local agent can set you up for automatic updates. Then, when you find a property you are interested in, that agent can easily give you the history.
Also, I offer market snapshot service from my website which will give you active as well as closed sales data from any area you like. It's a free service. It updates to you monthly, too, if you'd like. It's located on my homepage, fyi.

Mb: You can get more information from my website, listed below. I also send to my clients complete Client information from Trend, the MLS for the area from southern Hunderton to Gloucester Counties, and which includes Ocean County to the east.

Hi Mb,

No, there is no equivalent. The most information is usually available by logging on to the local MLS public website. For North Brunswick it would be:

This works better than individual Realtor websites or for the most part as far as getting detailed data. It also is more complete. Realtor websites and internet portals are limited by IDX agreements, the MLS site will give you access to all listings, IDX and non-IDX.

Good luck!
