Is the skybrook neighborhood near eastfield as nice of an area of the neighborhoods closer to concord?

Asked by Kelly Smith, Charlotte, NC Wed Aug 8, 2012

I'm just wondering if the area of skybrook near Eastfield the same type of area as the concord areas, meaning would it appreciate the same way and attract the same type of residents. I'm new to the area so I'm trying to understand the differences.

kelly,

Skybrook is a ncie community. A lot depends on what you are lookign for in a neighborhood. I have sold homes in that area and had other familes look and purchase in Harrisburg and Concord area.

I think a lot of it depends on what you want in a neighborhood and your personal tastes. A variety of factors affect the house you buy; but most importantly what is important to you may not be important to soemone else and vice versa.

I recommend you find yourself a Realtor that knows the areas and can help guide you through the neighborhoods and help you find a home in an area that is best suited for you needs and desires...

I know the areas well and would love the opportunity to help you out. Please feel free to either e-mail me directly at ddicecco@cbunited.com or call me at 704-519-7895 to discuss your housing needs.

Dear Kelly, A lot depends on your personal feeling when you drive through and visit both areas. I live near Skybrook and am fond of it, but I have sold homes to many people in the Concord and Harrisburg areas. They are very happy there. If you have children, you will want to research schools for communities as they can differ. ncreportcards.com is a good site to visit once you know the specific neighborhood school assignments. Where will you be commuting to and from? That can drive where you decide to located in a big way also, as well as price range you want to stay in and type of home.

Always happy to asssist.

Sincerely,
