In my opinion, the market is not slowing down much.
Your home may not be overpriced, but it may not be priced right for your situation. Price is the one piece of the puzzle that trumps even location. If you want to sell fast, then you need the fast sale price. If you want to wait out for the top dollar, it will probably take longer.
Obviously, this is just my opinion in general, and I can't give you a solid factual based answer without knowing anything about your situation. :)
I would say that if you want to sell your home in the first thirty days, yet it is not selling in that timeframe, the price is probably too high.
There are other things you can do to help your home show better if you don't want to lower the price.
Also, make sure your agent gathers feedback from the showing agents for you. This will pinpoint problems that you could address.
If there is a very interested party, you can always make them an offer. It's not the norm, but it is still doable. If they are serious buyers it might be the nudge they need to make the decision.
