As you can imagine, the oil spill situation is not contributing towards an increase in market demand for any Gulf area waterfront property. A variety of economic factors plus this environmental event have created an extreme buyer's market.

But one day it will be over. And no one has yet figured out how to manufacture more coastline. Now is the time to come on down here and pick out the beach place you have been wanting!
