A Horizontal Property Regime in neighborhoods like Wachesaw Plantation's Carriage Run Cottages in Murrells Inlet is run as an HOA (Home Owners Association, the Regime) in addition to the POA (Property Owners Association). They cover different things.

A land lease in Communities like Bermuda Bay or Melody Gardens is just that, a lease, typically a 99 year lease, you do not own the land & the land lease would be in addition to the Ammenities fees. If you are asking in regards to these communties I have extensive knowledge on these communties. Please feel free to contact me directly. 843-215-6831
