Hi Richard, this home is available. It appears to be overpriced though. Have you had the chance to see this home yet? There are options available for you and I would be happy to meet you at the property with the builder if you would like. Let me know. How soon are you looking to move?

Good evening Richard,

I drove by the property this afternoon and it is still available (I am a local northern Chester County agent). As far as the upgrades and options, we can check on this.

I also want to say how pleased I am that you are looking into Chester county. It is certainly a great area to own a home with being far enough from the city with the convenience to shopping and major highways. I would love the opportunity to show you how wonderful this home and area is. There are many beautiful estate homes also available.

Talk to you soon,

Hi Richard,

I am not quite sure if you can still add your own options. If you would like to receive more detailed information on this property, and I will send it over to you.

Is this the area that you are interested in? If you are interested in new construction, there are some other great properties.

Do you have a buyer agent as of yet? You should really have a buyer agent working for you, My advice would be to NOT go view any new construction homes without your buyer agent or their card at the very least.

I'd love to answer any questions you may have. Feel free to contact me. You can also visit my web site and read my blog and register for Free to receive every new home that comes on the market.

Hello, Richard,

As far as I can tell you, there are still options for additions. If you have serious interest in this home and are not working with a Buyer Agent, please contact me and I will be glad to help you with specifics.
