Is now a good time to invest in a rental property (e.g., townhome, single family)? I'm considering the West Windsor area.

The rental market is very strong right now. If the cash flow works, it is a great time.

Good luck to you,

It is always a good time to invest. The key is locating the right property at the right terms. The return will vary depending upon market. The potential for appreciation also varies. Be patient, dont get emotionally involved with a property and having sufficient cash or credit helps. If your agent tells you every home is a good deal find a new agent. (ask them about the investment properties they own)
