We are a company that has been buying up larger tracts across the Mid-West, especially in Arkansas, and sub divided them into smaller 1/4-1/2 Acre lots and sold them on to inividual investors in both the U.S. and Europe. (We are based in London right now, as the UK has shown a great demand for what we offer)
We have been looking at buying one of the incredibly cheap acreage properties in CO that we can find on sale for $5-$10K for 5-10 acres in some situations. Does anybody on here have knowledge of the local market and would know if there is any way of making money buying land in the state and then sub dividing it for resale, or is it purely a "recreational" purchase.
Any advise would be very much appreciated!
