Depends on what you mean by ok. It is on Jones Hill which is a desirable area due to its close proximity to the Redline and Savin Hill. Dewolf St is a majority of rental properties and abuts a larger apartment complex on Hancock St and so it lacks some of the architectural and landscape detail that the homes on Sawyer and Cushing have. Your best bet is to visit the street at various times during the day to get a feel for the area.
