Jim,
Tamarind Cay, has two addresses--the first is Tamarind Cay Ct., which is a low rise complex and there;
sold properties range from $160,000 to $220,000, while active listings range from $199,500 to $220,000.

Tamarind Cay Lane, only one listing at $219,900.

Up to you, if too High for 1602 Tamarind Cay (?).
