Hi Adnan,

I have a couple of lenders that could probably help you out.

Feel free to contact me directly at (310) 717-1321 or and I would be happy to suggest a few lenders to you.

If you already found a house and want to make an offer, you need to move quickly as the property may not be available for much longer with this low inventory and sellers typically will not accept offers without a pre-approval.

Let me know if you have any other questions/concerns.

I do know BoA offers this for Doctors and Dentists. It is a special program with limited availability. Let me know if you qualify as a medical professional I will put you in contact with my banking partner. I also know of a lender that will do a 80/10/10 to avoid the PMI - Open to most others. Does that also interest you? Let me know.

It does depend on the purchase price but conventional financing does have options with lender paid MI up to 97% ltv. Also we do have an 80/10 option which is great if you can put down 10%.

I have a 80/5 program but that's not what you are looking for. There's another approach where PMI is built into the interest rate and typically results in a lower payment. Please let me know if you would like to know more about this.

I have not found any lenders doing 80/15/5 loans over the past few years however a USDA loan may be an option. Its 1 loan but offers 100% financing. What area re you interested in and I can see if that area would qualify. E mail: Cell: (301)524-4471 Web:
