Paula Maloney, Home Buyer in Newton, MA

Is Stoneham considered a good town to raise children? How are the school systems? What is the most desirable area? Thanks!

Hi Paula,

Those are very good questions. I'm an agent who actually lives in Stoneham and my children go to school in Stoneham. I think I could probably answer a lot of these questions for you and assist you in the home buying process. Here is the link to the Stoneham public schools... http://www.stonehamschools.net. There are a lot of very nice areas in Stoneham which I would be more than happy to show to you. Please feel free to either email me or call me directly. My email is ksolio@hammondre.com. My phone is 781-526-8666. Also, if you would like to start looking at homes for free please register at http://kimberlysolio.myhammondagent.com/portfolio/Register.cfm

Please feel free to contact me first thing in the morning and I can give you what information I have on Stoneham and like I said, show you homes if you're still interested.

Please let me know how I can help you in your home search.

Kind Regards,

Paul as agents we are obligated by law not to discuss neighborhoods, areas, people etc The best thing to do is talk to Stoneham residents. Try going to a play park and meeting other Moms

A good town should be based/dictated by personal preferences, wants, needs, lifestyle, etc.; therefore do take the time and visit more than once, and at different times of day; drive around, chat with locals/neighbors, etc.; for school information see link below.
