Hi Melissa,
Cindy is right. I would also recommend checking out the neighborhood at various times of day in person to gauge how comfortable you feel there. If you want a tour of this and other similar homes that you are interested in purchasing, I would be happy to help!

Melissa,
Agents cannot legally answer that question. However we can direct you to sites that can provide you with information about crime in a particular area. This site has useful information that may help you determine if a neighborhood is right for you. http://www.thesandiegopropertyshop.com/Buyer-Information/Cri…
It is also helpful to stop by or call the Police Department for more information. The phone number is (619) 336-4400 and they are located at1200 National City Boulevard National City, CA 91950-4302

I think that is going to depend on your definition of a bad area.

Well we currently live in Lemon grove! I have been very comfortable here and have never had any issues so we were trying to find an area that is comparable to Lemon Grove!

We're not allowed to answer that type of question. I recommend looking up the crime statistics...you can punch in this exact address to see what is going on there in terms of crime
