House ended up going on the block- auction in January 2014.

So much for the price.

Oh, be careful, they always show you comps from the "area", what they mean is the other side of hwy71 up to about Wright street- much better area and completely cut off from these parts- there is a physical fence.

It is not a good part of Pomona.

It is also slightly high, noise, dirt and petty crime is common there, regardless who is selling you what dreams.

This listing shows cancelled and it was a short sale. I do not see a current listing as a bank owned property. In answer to your question, a pool home in that area comps out at about $160.00 per sqft. Please visit my website to see current listings in the area's your interested in. http://www.Loriduran.com

Hello,
This is a bank owned property, and it seems the recent sales do justify the listing price. If you would like some recent sales sent to you just email or call me and I would be happy to forward that information over to you.
