It really depends on the time of day(when people are going to or coming home from work) and what your definition of busy is. In my opinion and from my personal experience living nearby, I don't feel that it's a busy road since the majority of people using it are ones that live in the neighborhood or their guests. Creek Rd. and Fostertown Rd. are much busier. Obviously it is busier than living on a cul-de--sac and I would recommend you see it for yourself to determine your own opinion. If I can be of further assistance please don't hesitate to contact me:)

Hi Shan, it's fairly busy. It has a double yellow line if that's any sign. Sunflower Circle is quiet and Branch Rd is busier. The saving grace here is you would be on a 1 acre lot and would have privacy. Basically you would spend most of your time toward the rear of your house.

I am a luxury real estate agent in Lumberton. Let me know if you want to tour this home or if you would like my help finding other options. I can do a much different, more detailed search in my system.

Have a great holiday weekend!
