Arbor Place is the highest priced neighborhood in the area. The comparable properties would be Aver Ranch. The price difference is supported by the quality of finish in each home. These homes would be well over a million if they were located west of Austin or close to the lake. There are not many options for Luxury homes North of Austin and this is the selling point for Highland Homes and David Weekly.
