Shona,

Please feel free to call, text or email me anytime. I am a longtime Eastsider and appreciate that it is like living in a small town with all the advantages of a Big Ten University community close by. It is a great time to by buying with lending rates at all-time lows and good housing choices available. I would love to help you find that right home.

At your service,

Clay

Let me know your price range. I know the area well (and live there)-most of these are 1950/60's ranch homes with one car attached or detached garage. Are you flexible with the garage/accept 1200-1330 sq. ft up?
