Century Villages haves many restrictions.
I´ve a condo unit at a very good one for to sell, and it can be rented as investment.
My condo unit is in Presidential Golfview, it haves 2 bed, 1 bath, and about 850 sqft.
It´s located at side of the comunity pool, very nice place.
If you are interested to buy it, you can contact me thru email:

There are a several restrictions regarding renting inside of Century Village. Very often you will need to make sure what your HOA will allow you to do with your unit and who you can rent to. Century Village has several restrictions regarding renters since it is a 55+ community. Are you looking for investment or for yourself.

The building association determines whether a unit can be rented depending on the number of owners occupied unit compared to rented units.
