If we want to buy a property that is recently bank-owned and is not on the market yet do we have to contact a realtor or call the bank directly?Who is the best way to contact and approach on this matter?

As previously mentioned, banks normally do not deal with real estate buyers but entrust this to real estate agencies. Our advice is to make a connection with at least one agent for the purpose of targeting this home so you will know as soon as it comes onto the market for sale.

You'll have to wait until it is listed. The banks have too many listings to deal with individuals, plus they will want to get full market value. Don't worry,it will come on the market.

Banks normally will not deal direct with public would recommend for you contact a local realtor.
