Most of the property management companies have different plans to choose from depending on what you are looking for them to do - anything from marketing the property, showing the property, finding tenants, screening tenants, collecting rent, etc.

Our office has a property management company. If you could send me your contact information, I can have them get in touch with you to discuss options and costs.
