Hi Leina,
In our economic time, there are many reasons why many homes are going on sales in any particular neighborhood. Some want to sell because they lost their job and can no longer afford their monthly payment. Maybe they lost their job and found a new one that requires them to relocate to a different location. Sometimes they buy at a high and can longer afford the monthly payment and looking to get out of their obligation. Maybe they see that it's the perfect opportune time to relocate to a bigger home because interest rate is so low. Or, they’re baby boomers ready to retire and they're looking to relocate. This is an uncertain time for many of us many due to economic downturn. Everyone is making an adjustment, which is why you’re seeing so many activities.
