Hello Yvette,

The lender I use regularly uses a credit analyzer that allows him to tell my clients exactly what to do to get a quick boost of 30 to 50 points. Obviously everyone's situation is different but my clients have been amazed at how quickly it works. Your score is right on the borderline so if you were able to get another 30- 50 points you would be in great shape. Call or email me and I would be happy to pass his information along.

Your next steps would be to find a lender that will work with you to get approved. Also you need to find a good realtor that will work with you and help you every step of the way. Please give me a call and I can help you along the way.

I can help you with a 600 score. FHA 5% down.
Once at 620 it is the regular 3.5% down FHA deal.

Simply apply!! That is the next step.
