Dear Lauro,

There are several different buildings to choose from in this area. There are currently apartments ranging from Studio to Three bedroom Coops. Each building's monthly common charges/maintenance varies. Some buildings have more amenties than others such as parking, onsite laundry, etc.

If you are not working with a buyers agent, please consider doing so, you do not pay a fee for this service, unless otherwise agreed to. You should also meet with a mortgage professional to find out how much you are qualified to purchase.

Good luck.

The maintenance fees vary by each individual unit so better questions would be how many bedrooms do you need? What's your price range? How soon are you looking toe? Please bare in mind that this is a co-op that requires board approval. To mention just a few things that the board would be looking at includes employment history, credit score, and how much you will have in the bank for reserves afterwords. To discuss further please feel free to contact me via telephone or email at 315-278-2566 or Bruce.mcintyre@pantigagroup.com. I look forward to hearing from you.

Your professional,

Maintenance does vary depending on size; therefore consider working with an agent of your own who can provide any necessary information.
