Hi! There's only one site that comes to mind ... are you speaking of Woodledge at Whitford by Toll Brothers? They're beautiful -- I had a settlement there about 6 months ago. What I can tell you is their starting price is $425.9K and go up to $498K base - and that doesn't include your upgrades. So the price you'll pay will vary. I can also share with you that the average carriage "resale" in the exton area is hovering around the mid $400s. Hope that is helpful.

There are several carriage home communities in Exton. It is difficult to provide a price range without having a better idea of which community you are interested in, along with any options that you may be considering. Furthermore, incentive packages tend to skew the data so it's very important that the data you seek accounts for them. Finally, with proper representation, further negotiations can always yield a better value proposition.

Feel free to contact me privately through this forum if you are not already working with a Realtor.

Work with a realtor who knows new homes work with comparing the builders with you as a team.
