Louis is right. If you are looking for a place to live, prices are low, rates are low and assuming you can afford the payment, these condos are a nice place to live in a very nice town, with good schools & a great community. If you are looking for an investment, then a Louis said, you need to be able to rent it out to cover your costs plus some.
Homes are not investments. rental property are investments. If your rent can cover your costs including taxes, insurance, condo fees and provide you a cash on cash return equal to or better than you can get at the bank or stock market, then it is a good investment.
