Ashley Harbor is a great, gated community, tucked in a very private, yet convenient, area of West Ashley. Most of the homes are larger, some on deep water, priced from the mid-$400's to well over a million. While I am not the listing agent, the home you asked about is beautiful & VERY well priced
I love the area and would recommend it to anyone who seeks a nice quiet upscale environment.
Contact me if I can answer any specific questions.
Regards,
John

Ashley Harbor is a nice, smaller neighborhood inside I-526 in West Ashley. Most homes were built in the 80’s and 90’s. You can read more about Ashley Harbor on our website and also view the 8 homes currently for sale there: http://www.searchforcharlestonrealestate.com/west-ashley-rea… Also, we’ve included more info on West Ashley in general along with other recommended neighborhoods on the West Ashley page of our site: http://www.searchforcharlestonrealestate.com/west-ashley-rea… Hope this helps!

I am actually viewed several of the homes in Ashley Harbor last week I have provided a list of all the properties available. I know several people in the neighborhood if you would like to talk with some owners. I also know of waterfront property that is not currently on the market that the owners may be interested in selling.

Hi Dave,
There hasnt been a ton of sales activity in the lady 6 months in Ashley Harbor...however, the one house that has recently sold went under contract in 25 days. It's a great little neighborhood not far from I-526 and probably about 20-25 mins to downtown. Please let me know if I can provide you with any additional information that might be helpful as you search this area. The house you are looking at has been on the market about 4 months and has been reduced from $650k.
Check my website for easy searching, http://www.HavensCharlestonRealEstate.com

The homes are larger than average for the Charleston area and some of them have nice marsh/river views. There are currently 8 active listings that range from $435,000 - $1.345 Million.
