There's lots of great deals for mobile home Buyers in Port Orange in addition to townhomes and single family homes. Do your homework and contact a good Port Orange Realtor to help you search and negotiate a mobile home purchase.

Hi Maureen,
That is quite easy to do !
However my question to you is why buy a mobile home ? There are many great deals out there now on single family homes 3 bedrooms 2 baths and a garage for nearly the same price..

I just found a 3 bd. in an area called Countryside I believe on Realty Trac for $2,700 apx. and I think this is about as cheap as you are going to get. It might need repairs. I'm not sure, because I was looking for commercial property, but I saw it and went back to it so I could andswer your question, but you might want to check with Realty Trac on this one, as I see it going fast at that price in this town. Good luck.

Maureen- I live and work in Port Orange. We have a lot of mobile home parks, and a lot of inexpensive mobile homes on the market. I'm not sure how "cheap" you want to go though. And mobile homes in parks are not included in our MLS, so I'd have to browse through our personal inventory listings. Let me know if you'd like me to help, and send me your criteria. Also, you'll need to be sure your financing is in order ahead of time, unless you're paying cash. You can contact me through me web site if you need my help =)
