I want to buy a home in my name, but my name is on the deed of my current home with my husband. Is this possible for FHA loan? Thanks

I would need more details to determine your qualification for a FHA loan.

Are you on the mortgage? If so, no. FHA mortgages are for owner occupied properties only. If you are not on the mortgage, you will need to show payments for housing. The questions you will be asked are:
Are you getting a divorce?
Are you moving more then 50 miles?
Why are you moving?
Be prepared before you consult with a mortgage officer.

If you can qualify for a loan in your name alone it won't matter if you are on another deed. They will want to know if it will a primary residence or an investment. Speak to a lender to find out more.
