If you really want to become a Landlord, I can help you locate good rental houses. I have been selling and leasing houses in the Fort Worth area for over 30 years. I have also lived right here in Tarrant County for a long time, so I KNOW the local area and schools, etc.

But I can introduce you to an investment counselor who can show you how to make 14% on your investment. And then you don't have all the pains that are associated with being a Landlord!

I also have an energy company which operates in Georgia as well as Texas. I can show you how to build wealth by getting paid every time a customer pays their Gas or Electric bill. You will gain residual income which will continue to grow for the rest of your life, and then it is willable to your heirs.

Please contact me if you are interested in making more money than you ever thought possible.

Have a nice day!

Best regards,

Rick DeVoss

We've helped people from Singapore, Poland, Germany, Finland, Australia, Cambodia, Mexico, Columbia, UK, Canada, and many other countries with properties here. We've lived all over the world as well and are investors ourselves. Now in DFW Metroxplex area until we retire.

I'm very picky about the properties we recommend to our investors. Obviously no one can promise wealth and riches accurately over the long term, but we do what we can to minimize your risk. We recommend only what I consider the best property managers to handle your tenants.

We are here to assist you when you are ready. The trickest part now of investing in the US is financing. Do you have cash or do you need financing?

Please contact me directly and I'll be happy to provide you with some of my investment picks.

Go to the Texas Education Agency website to see statistics on schools in the Fort Worth area. It will give you not only testing results, but also demographics of the different school districts.

There are many great schools and school districts within the FW metro area. Look for Exemplary and Recognized status. Those designations are determined by not only academics, but also graduation rates, drop-out rates, at-risk students, discipline records, and student/teacher ratio.
