I've heard that there will be no more 5% down for conventional starting Oct 15th. Is it true? Thanks!

Thanks for all answers!
I know about the FHA 3.5%. But because my wife just recently bought a house for her family under her name, using the 5% conventional loan. So I talked to a mortgage consultant, she said if I want to go with FHA, they will have to pull my wife's credit and include her debt to mine. We want to put this house under my name only. So with her debt included, I might not qualify in term of DSR for FHA.

There are plenty of programs out there including a 3.5% down FHA loan. Let's talk and find out what you're looking for and then we can discuss financing options.
