I’ve heard about Fannie Mae programs. Will they really help me buy a house?

Yes. The first thing you need to do is meet face-to-face with a Loan Officer and allow him/her pre-approve you. They'll review your credit report and other income documentation and determine what you can qualify for and what your mortgage options are.

You wouldn't be meeting with a Fannie Mae representative, but rather a Loan Officer who works for a bank who originates Fannie Mae loans and possibly other types of mortgages that can be good options for you. If you new an experienced Loan Officer to help you, im always available to meet with you in our Brooklyn offices. Good luck!
