In most cases it is a rental. There is no seperate category for rentals and agents list their rentals under the for sale category. i hope this helps.

Could it possibly be a rental property?

Hi Souren:

There are actually "list" prices for 10K and even less. Most likely, the property is in some stage of foreclosure or lis pendens- the price that is posted in the amount of the lien, not necessarily a asking price. It is important to work with a competent real estate professional, attorney and/or title company.

You forgot to post the address or a link to it, most likely this is a rental not a sale. there is no place for agents tolist rentals so some choose to list them under the for sale portion of this site. sorry no deal here...

I don't see a link to the home. If you can post it I'll check on the price.

Thanks!
